  1. The way this dish looks reminded me of Ratatuille! Every time I watch the movie along with my mom she tells me she wishes she could have some ratatuille..haha guess this is close enough. ill make her some!😂😊❤

  2. Thank you for the recipe! I made them for Christmas dinner and they turned out amazing and everyone loved them! Crispy on the top and around the edges and soft in the middle! It was a lot easier than I expected as I also used a mandolin. Can't wait to try more recipes!

  3. Going to make this for a side dish for our family reunion this weekend. I have a fancy schmancy mandolin and it has a cover to keep your hands well away from the blade. That scared me.

  4. Do you have a recommendation for a mandolin? I have a cheap looking one like the one in the video and it just is not sharp at all. There is no way I could cut potatoes like this. I have to do it by hand…
