  6. When I was little our favorite bakery made Napoleon and Josephine desserts. Both the Napoleon & Josephine was 3 layers in a rectangle shape. The Napoleon had butter cream filling with white icing and the traditional chocolate marbled design. The Napoleon is etched in my mind but I am trying to remember the difference with the Josephine. It was 3 layers, rectangle shape same as the Napoleon, filled with butter cream but the top was different and I can't remember. Can you comment on this or know what the different was. Thank you for your videos.
