INGREDIENTS:
1 lb large shrimp, shelled and deveined
1–2 heads black garlic
Oil
2 Tbsp butter
1 shallot, finely chopped
1 cup white wine
Lemon zest and juice of 1 lemon
Salt & pepper
1 Tbsp parsley, chopped
1 baguette
1 lb linguini, cooked

  1. I hate this so so much. My mother makes this often and the entire house will smell of rancid garlic. She makes me eat it because i will never eat it myself, and i never put it on my tongue, it tastes horrible

  2. so I've made this before in a simple rice cooker, and just as a warning, cook it outside for the 4-6 weeks. Not in the garage or any enclosed environment something like the backyard. The garlic order is POWERFUL and does not go away easily, and even outside if I still went like 3-4 yards near it, it was intoxicating. Though it was delicious afterwards haha
