Caverry Amma & Vidya Recipe – Paal Payasam

The authentic Palakkad Brahmin cooking in Tamil.
Ingredients:
Jeeraka samba rice/ Raw rice -1/4 cup
Water – 3/4 cup
Milk – 1 litre
Sugar – 1 to 1 and 1/4 cup
Saffron – few strans
Butter – 1 teaspoon
*Quantity of sugar depends on individual taste
